Festival Pass
The Festival Pass grants the visitor access to all film screenings and accompanying events during the festival. The Festival Pass does not guarantee a free seat. We recommend attendees arrive in good time for the film to secure a suitable seating place. You can reserve a seat for specific films via the Cinematik mobile app. Instructions can be found at this link. If you don't have the app, they will help you with your booking at our info centre during the festival.

When will the programme be published?

Do you have any information about parking in Piešťany?

Is it possible to book a seat for the screening?
Yes, we have a booking system. You can find the instructions at this link.
Do you also have discounts, for example, for people with disabilities and students?
No. We have not introduced any discounts. The cheapest option to buy a Festival Pass is to purchase it at the reduced pre-sale price, which ends on August 31st.
Can I return my Festival Pass?
Unfortunately, the Festival Pass cannot be refunded (you can also find this information in General terms and conditions. However, what we can do is reassign the Festival Pass to another person. You can therefore transfer it to someone else. If you decide to do so, please let us know the name and email of the original pass holder and the new one at tickets@cinematik.sk so that we can update it in the system. Thank you.
Do you also have single tickets for films?
We do not sell single-screening tickets. You can only attend the festival screenings with a Festival Pass.
