MFF Cinematik is celebrating 20 years. The fact that discounted accreditations sold out in 50 seconds is also testament to its ever-growing popularity. Films can be used for education, to broaden horizons, and people become better thanks to films. A good film can shake a person and offer a huge range of emotions and experiences - believes Cinematik’s programme team member Peter Konečný, who has been involved in the festival from the very beginning.
