Jan and Martina

The documentary film from the original production of TV Markíza returns exactly a year later to the tragic event that changed Slovakia—the murder of investigative journalist Ján Kuciak and his fiancée Martina Kušnírová. The film is based on police documents, testimonies of the victims’ parents, Ján’s colleagues and many others, and at the same time it interprets the turning points in social and political life, which after this tragic event shook the whole Slovakia. The documentary also contains an animation of the likely course of the murder.
