ArtaJulie is a star player at an elite tennis academy. When her coach becomes part of an investigation and is suddenly suspended, all the players at the club are asked to speak up. But Julie chooses to remain silent. Julie Keeps Quiet is a remarkable and subtle debut by Belgian director Leonardo Van Dijl, in which silence plays the most significant role. The film, which has seen festival success, had famous Japanese tennis player Naomi Osaka as a specialist consultant.
