Dennis and Mia are a young married city couple. They have come to their remote parents’ house in the country for a weekend to take a break from the madding crowd. To reflect on the serious problems they face individually and as a married couple and to try to work on them. One day, Dennis’s estranged older brother Roger shows up on their doorstep. A weekend of healing for Dennis and Mia turns into a hallucinatory nightmare upon Roger’s arrival as he begins to systematically distort their sense of reality.
